FEBRUARY IDP REGISTRATION OPEN!

 February IDP: 1/29 - 2/23 (3X per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays 4:00PM - 5:30PM)

  • Throwing program: Improvement in velocity from improved throwing mechanics and arm strength. Arm care and recovery will be highly emphasized as well.

  • Speed and strength programs to increase functional strength and explosiveness. These workouts will be based on position and individual goals

  • Drills will be given along with supervised hitting during each session

Registration

We are using League Apps for players to register on-line for IDP. The link is available under the IDP Program Registration. For new players/parents to register, you will have to initially log in creating a user name and password, thereafter the process is fairly easy. For existing players/parents, you should be able to use the same user name and password. You will be able to use a credit card when registering to pay for your registration fee. Please note that there is no administrative fee when paying using a credit card. If you do pay by check, please make the check out to TSE.
